Our client, a global solutions services provider is looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the dynamic team. Role & Mission: Operational specific marketing that is customer acquisition & retention focused for central and regional solutions for major market segments. Expanding the relationships with customers & prospects. Market pricing determination in conjunction with product management. USP development and communications. Responsibilities: Customer Segment Understanding Segment definition, quantification and customer profiling Identification of key market and customer trends Identification, ranking and evolution in customer needs Internal communication and sharing of customer segment understanding Ensure regular personal contact with customers. Customer Segment marketing plan Long-term (3year) and short term (1 year) Marketing objectives and strategies to deliver LTP business objectives Identification of key opportunities/opportunities Recommendation of annual research plan, analysis and action plan in conjunction with CMI Annual budget recommendation Customer Segment offer Mapping customer needs to products and solutions Packaging our solutions offer Positioning and value proposition of offer Show me the Value program Pricing strategy definition Identifying product opportunity gaps, business case and input to product plan. Promotion Identify best practices in promotion and recommend promotion strategy for the segment. Definition of key messages for the segment and global PR plan in conjunction with External Communication. Recommend strategy and implement plan for integrated campaigns and segment sections on company’s platform. Develop content for high level web pages and provide guidance to product management on others. Coordination of implementation with Regional Marketing teams. Distribution Identify improvements in distribution of offer to segment(e.g. speed up market roll-out through overcoming obstacles) Develop and validate effectiveness of specific sales tools to promote our offer to customers Team Definition of team member objectives On-the-job training / support to achieve objectives Regular follow-up vs. objectives Team reporting Budget Control Invoicing Forecasting Requirements: University degree and preferably a Masters (Marketing, MBA or related field) 6 – 10 years experience in Marketing. Proven track record in achieving objectives. Fluent written and spoken in English and at least one other language Proficiency in basic office applications Marketing strategy and execution skills Leadership skills particularly through influence Working effectively with others in a multi-cultural environment Managing multiple priorities effectively Demonstrated ability to understand own business environment as well as customer’s business environment, challenges and perceptions.
