ALL Accor app now present in ChatGPT
ALL Accor, the hospitality group booking platform and loyalty program, has announced the launch of the ALL Accor app within ChatGPT. The new tool is designed to enhance the experience for its growing global customer base.
With this move, Accor becomes one of the first hotel groups to introduce such an innovation, positioning itself at the forefront of digital transformation. As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to redefine standards and capabilities across industries, the initiative underscores Accor’s commitment to delivering service excellence through advanced technology.
The new functionality allows travelers to use natural language within ChatGPT to search for Accor hotels, specify destinations, dates, and guest details, view both public and ALL loyalty-member rates, and access detailed property information such as room types, amenities, and location. When ready to book, users are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform to complete a secure reservation.
The app is now available in more than 20 languages and in all countries where ChatGPT apps are supported.
Artificial intelligence plays a foundational role in Accor’s broader strategy, enabling the company to generate significant value for both property owners and guests while delivering differentiated, best-in-class experiences.
As AI reshapes consumer expectations, Accor aims to meet travelers on the platforms they already use every day. The new ChatGPT app is designed specifically for the ChatGPT environment and is separate from the existing ALL Accor mobile app. By launching within ChatGPT, Accor seeks to provide intuitive, personalized travel planning while increasing visibility across its global portfolio on one of the world’s most widely used AI platforms.
Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer at Accor, said: “The introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor. We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver unparalleled convenience and personalization. This move significantly enhances our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and reinforces our market leadership, creating substantial value across our global network for both our guests and our valued partners.”
