Add-on company urge agents to cross-sell
Airport parking and travel services company BCP has relaunched its website which it claims will make it easier for agents to sell its products.
The site has become easier to navigate but key to the revamp is the ability for agents to see all core products on one screen.
Previously retailers had to search for products individually.
BCP marketing director Eric Campus said the new-look will make it easier for agents to cross sell. He said it represents an opportunity for agents to increase their revenue at a time when mass market operators are cutting commission.
“We have seen so many companies from airlines to operators slash commission but BCP continues to look at ways to work with agents to help them subsidise their income,” he said.
“Agents can upsell and maximise their commission and instead of them having to navigate their way through different screens to find quotes for individual products, prices for all the core products will be shown on one screen.”
He claimed trial runs of the website have been well received by agents.
BCP offer airport parking, meet and greet and chauffeur services.
