Air Astana offers flight waivers
Kazakhstan national carrier Air Astana has unveiled new waivers for flight tickets.
Passengers on flights from Singapore, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau can change the date of travel for their full itinerary without change if purchased up until February 20, 2020.
Customers may also re-route to alternative destinations without penalty subject to any fare difference to the new destination.
Those wishing to cancel their booking are requested to contact [email protected].
The waiver does not apply to transit passengers or bookings for other routes.
The changes come in response to measures implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to restrict the spread of coronavirus.
