Air NZ appoints new UK general manager
Air New Zealand has appointed Antony Price as general manager UK & Europe.
He was most recently director of sales & market development for the Americas, based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Air New Zealand, he worked for British Airways for 12 years in a range of sales, project management and IT roles in both the US and London.
Air New Zealand deputy chief executive officer and acting chief sales officer Norm Thompson said: "Antony has adeptly demonstrated his strategic vision and ability to drive sales results in delivering the continued commercial success we have seen from the Americas region.
"The UK and Europe is a crucial international market for the airline and we believe Antony’s wealth of experience will further strengthen our UK and Europe operation and take it to next level of commercial success."
