Alitalia returns to Aus …….well nearly!
Alitalia has returned to the Australian market following the establishment of a code share agreement with Malaysia Airlines, which offers easy and convenient access to Rome and a wide range of destinations throughout Italy and elsewhere in Europe.
Effective immediately, Alitalia has access to seats on Malaysia Airlines flights from Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to Rome, via Kuala Lumpur, departing every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
From the ultra-modern Kuala Lumpur International Airport, there are fast onward connections to Rome, from where Alitalia – one of Europe’s longest-serving airlines – offers more than 1300 flights per week to 25 destinations in Italy, and almost 1350 services per week to 63 locations in Europe.
In Australia and New Zealand, Alitalia is represented by World Aviation Systems, a Stella Travel Services company.
