Aloha! Hawaii dishes up a treat

The first annual Hawaii Food and Wine Festival kicks off in Honolulu next month,

The inaugural festival, which runs from September 29 to October 1, will include cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and numerous events catered by 30 internationally-renowned chefs including Hawaiian Airlines’ celebrity chef Chai Chaowasaree.

“The Food and Wine Festival provides yet another reason to visit Hawaii and enjoy the state’s world-famous cuisine and fresh food philosophy,” said Sherilyn Robinson, general manager sales and marketing for Hawaiian Airlines in Australia.

Hawaiian Airlines is a diamond sponsor of the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival and will be hosting the “Streets of Asia: Morimoto and Friends” event in which guests will be able to enjoy dishes by eight top chefs.
