Amadeus’ corporate social responsibility recognised

Monday, 21 Sep, 2004 0

Amadeus has joined the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and its European equivalent.

According to Amadeus it is the only GDS to feature in both following the latest revision.

There are 300 companies from 24 countries in the DJSI World and 167 companies from 13 countries in the European index.

Companies qualify for the Dow Jones indexes according to their corporate sustainability policies. These ensure that the company adopts an approach to business that creates long-term shareholder value by “embracing opportunities and managing risks deriving from economic, environmental and social developments”.
