Amanda zooms away on her brand new Vmoto Scooter, courtesy of Insight
Insight Vacations has announced that Amanda Raco of Harvey World Travel, Albany Creek, QLD is the lucky winner of the Insight Vacations’ 2007 America and Canada scooter promotion.
Train timetables and petrol prices will be a worry of the past for Amanda now she can zip around on her new Milan Vmoto scooter, well at least they will be after she learns to drive it!
At the tender age of 22 with four years experience in the travel industry, Amanda is a great example of how agents can reap the rewards when they set their sales goals high.
Amanda was in shock when she got the good news of her win, but we managed to calm her down enough for a quick interview.
Q: Have you ever won anything before?
A: Never – well nothing as big as this before!
Q: Where is the first place you are going to scoot off to?
A: Around the local shopping centre car park until I get used to it. Probably in full body armour. I haven’t ridden a scooter before.
Q: What colour did you pick?
A: The red one! Its hot and red goes faster!
Q: What makes a scooter better than a car?
A: Cheaper to run
Q: Who would you most like on the back of your new scooter?
A: Brad Pitt
Q: What is your favourite Insight holiday?
A: Egyptian Elegance – I have always been fascinated with Egypt
Q: Do you have any sales secrets to share?
A: Sell the best and get no complaints
