Amex strengthens London team
American Express has made two senior appointments to its London management team.
James Crotty has been promoted to head its Pan-European customer services division while senior vice president for international consumer travel business and foreign exchange Brendan Walsh takes over Crotty in the role of SVP and head of commercial card.
Walsh will oversee all aspects of the business from managing Amex’s corporate card partnerships with airlines and travel agents to heading the sales, relationship management and marketing.
