Are these the tail designs Qantas rejected?

A tongue in cheek report in the Sydney Morning Herald this morning says that a brown paper bag containing a list of early drafts for the tweak to the Qantas flying kangaroo logo that were later rejected had landed on our desk.

It goes on to say that they can only wonder why such creative suggestions were deemed unacceptable….read on and see the graphics below: –

■ MacBank’s Nicholas Moore’n’More riding the roo.

■ Flying roo eating a silver doughnut. (Or vice versa).

■ A Qantas Wallaby, say George Gregan, battered and bruised after an All Black caning.

■ Road kill. (Or see above).

■ Boxing kangaroo taking on a Tiger.

■ Chicken Little.
