Board appointment for Holidaybreak
Holidaybreak has appointed John Coleman to its Board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
He will assume the chairmanship when Bob Ayling retires on May 1.
Coleman, 56, was chief executive of House of Fraser plc until 2006. He is currently non-executive chairman of Aga Rangemaster Group plc and a non-executive director of Travis Perkins plc.
Coleman said: “Joining Holidaybreak is an exciting opportunity. It has a number of strong brands with market leadership in their sectors and I am looking forward to working with Carl and the rest of the Board as we seek to build on the expansion of the group in recent years.â€
The Company expects to announce its Interim Results for the six months ending March 31 2009 on May 26.
