Bomb explodes outside BA office in Tehran
A homemade grenade exploded outside the offices of British Airways and BP in the Iranian capital of Tehran this morning, the second attack in three months
Associated Press reported that windows were smashed but no one was injured when the devise went off on the 10th floor of the Sayeh building.
A British Embassy spokesman in Tehran said the bomb left “minor blast marks” near a fire escape.
The attack appears to be a carbon copy of a similar attack in August which caused structural damage but no injuries.
BA said staff at its franchise partners BMED, which operate daily flights between Tehran and London, were working as normal.
