Bourne to invest heavily in Butlins, Haven and Warner
Bourne Leisure is to invest £75 million across its three brands Butlins, Haven and Warner Leisure Hotels for 2014.
At its Butlins resorts, Minehead will have a new fairground, Bognor Regis resort will see the introduction of a 1950s inspired diner and a 21st Century Ice Cream Parlour whilst the Skegness resort will introduce a new Firehouse Grill family restaurant.
New Butlins stores will also open across all three resorts stocking popular merchandise including Billy Bear, Bonnie Bear and the Skyline Gang.
Haven Burnham-on-Sea caravan holiday park will have a refurbished indoor pool and paddling area whilst Doniford Bay and Lakeland will have new water features for 2014. Meanwhile, Haven Seton Sands holiday park will have a new seaside café bar.
Warner Leisure Hotels’ Alvaston Hall Hotel’s upgrade will include a new Fountain Bar and Grove Cabaret Diner featuring live entertainment. During the summer there will also be a further 113 bedrooms along with new gardens, water features and landscaped areas.
Bodelwyydan Castle will have a newly refurbished Mulberry Coffee Lounge, a new Elwy Lounge and an upgraded health suite.
