It is due to the daily cap on passenger numbers imposed by Heathrow this summer.
Short staffing has led to flight disruption for weeks.

The daily cap on passenger numbers is set to continue for another month.
“We’ve decided to take responsible action and limit the available fares on some Heathrow services to help maximise rebooking options,” BA said
