Eurostar services from London to Brussels have been suspended following a crash between two Belgian commuter trains that has killed approximately 20 people.
The crash happened this morning in snowy conditions where domestic and high-speed trains meet in Halle just outside Brussels.
This morning’s first Brussels bound Eurostar train could only travel as far as Lille in France. The operator said it would try to take passengers as far as Lille and then on to Brussels by road.
However, Lille services have also been affected and the frequency reduced.
Paris/London and Disneyland resort Paris/London services are running as normal.
