Business carrier in Amadeus tie-up
Business-only airline Eos, which operates transatlantic flights from Stansted to New York, has struck a deal with Amadeus to distribute its full content through the GDS.
Amadeus insisted the carrier needs to establish itself in the market as quickly as possible.
“Niche carriers like Eos have a growing following but they need to define their presence in as many key travel distribution channels as possible,” said UK and Ireland managing director Stephane Durand.
“Distribution through Amadeus gives Eos’s exclusive Stansted to JFK route instant market penetration on the broadest front.”
Eos said it will give the carrier distribution in corporate offices worldwide, not just in London and New York.
