Business travelers want more corporate caring
Business traveler’s pet peeves, perhaps not surprisingly, include delays. But a large number of them also think proactive care from a corporate travel agency is highly important during business travel.
A study by Cendant Corporate Travel Solutions and Harris Interactive also found that about a third of business travelers feel receiving real-time updates on current events and emergencies would make them feel safer.
Another 22% said specifically making the airport security screening process more predictable and convenient would make them feel safer.
“The results suggest that American business travelers want more information and more contact from their corporate travel agencies to help them manage the frustrating elements of a business trip,” said Cendant in a news release.
