Call goes out for AIME hosted buyers

Organisers of the 2012 Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo (AIME) have released a 10 percent ‘Early Bird’ saving off the registration fee for prospective buyers submitting a hosted buyer application before October 28.

Next year AIME will be held on February 21-22 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Some 850 international exhibitors are expected.

Buyers receive a range of benefits available only in AIME’s VIP hosted buyer programme.

Benefits include flights, accommodation, pre-touring itineraries in Victoria and access to AIME’s hosted buyer lounge and networking programme.

Hosted buyers will also receive personalised pre-scheduled appointments, which allows them to meet with the exhibitors they are interested in doing business with.

Sally de Swart, AIME’s event director, said, “Face-to-face meetings are extremely valuable in this industry and AIME presents a perfect forum to meet with a host of contacts in just two days.”
