Capella Sydney to welcome guests from March 2023
Sydney’s Department of Education building reawakens as Capella Sydney in March 2023.
The heritage-listed building will welcome guests and marks the first Capella Hotels and Resorts property in Australia.
The 192 guestrooms and suites are supported by three ground-level food and beverage outlets, with spaces throughout the hotel showcasing commissioned and collected artworks.
The ground floor is host to six meeting and event spaces, catering for groups of 10 to 80 persons.
In-house guests at Capella Sydney have the opportunity to experience the Living Room – a signature space in all Capella properties. Centred around the 20-metre heated indoor pool, facilities include a fitness centre, yoga platform, and Auriga Spa showcasing immersive treatment rooms.
