Captain Cook Cruises makes life easier for Travel Agents
Captain Cook Cruises have launched a new website www.captaincook.com.au which is quick, easy to navigate and now offers all travel agents a streamlined and seamless accreditation program.
The new Captain Cook Cruises website has undergone an amazing facelift and update. The site is now bright, colourful and divided into 11 easy to use sections.
The agents Accreditation Program has also been improved, which was one of the essential elements in the website update.
“We wanted to revamp our website and make it more user friendly. We also thought it was important to improve the efficiency of our on-line accreditation program for all our agents”, explains Jackie Charlton, Executive Director, Captain Cook Cruises.
The Accreditation Program is now more efficient, having been streamlined to six modules including a new module, Online Bookings. The other five modules are made up of Small Ship Cruising, Sydney Harbour, Fiji Islands, Murray River and Great Barrier Reef.
“The text in each module has been simplified so the time agents spend reading has been greatly reduced. If our agents want to research our product further we have provided numerous related links”, continues Mrs Charlton.
For agents currently mid-way through completing the old program all completed modules will be automatically transferred to the new program. The programme can be completed one module at a time as long as the agent logs on once every 30 days.
Captain Cook Cruises provides many benefits for agents if they become accredited including receiving exclusive discounts on our cruises, access to marketing dollars, online booking capabilities, regular product updates and greater confidence in selling our product.
Agents can now also get quotes and book on-line via the website, making the reservation system even easier than before.
To enable agents to make bookings for customers on-line they simply need set up an agency account by going to the Travel Industry Log-in area of the Captain Cook Website and download a form. Once agents are set-up in they can then click on the BOOK NOW icon on any page of the site.
With bookings made on-line agents automatically receive their NETT rate with no normal fare shown and after a booking is made the agent will receive confirmation e-mail. No credit card fees apply if the agent books on-line.
Visit www.captaincook.com.au and navigate your way around the site.
