Carnival produces agents’ e-brochure for new ship
An e-brochure for agents has been produced by Canriavl Cruise Lines to introduce its largest ship, Carnival Dream.
The e-brochure features itineraries starting from October following the ship’s planned debut on September 21.
The launch of Carnival Dream marks the beginning of a new class of ships for Carnival, with the next in its class Carnival Magic set to debut in 2011.
Carnival Dream will be the line’s 23rd vessel, carrying 3,646 passengers, and is to feature cabins which can accommodate families of five with two bathrooms.
The ship will run a short Mediterranean season in the autumn before heading to Port Canaveral where it will operate alternate seven-night Eastern & Western Caribbean cruises next year.
Prices start at £1,369 per person for a 17 night transatlantic fly/cruise from Rome to New York or from £1,119 per person for a nine-night Caribbean fly/cruise.
UK managing director Lynn Narraway said: “With so many fabulous new features, this ‘fun ship’ will really bring to life our philosophy of providing ‘Fun for All’.
“Carnival is committed to the UK market and Carnival Dream is the perfect ship for British customers as not only does she offer excellent facilities for the whole family, but the ex-Port Canaveral itineraries are a proven favourite for our British guests, who can combine their cruise with a stay in nearby Orlando via one of our partner tour operator packages.”
