Carnival Splendor to run ex-UK mini-cruise
Carnival Cruise Lines has slotted in a three-night mini-cruise from Dover on its new superliner Carnival Splendor next summer.
The short cruise to Amsterdam on July 13 runs in advance of the 3,006-passenger ship’s inaugural Baltic sailing from the UK port.
Passengers will spend a full day in Amsterdam and a day at sea on board the new vessel.
Prices start at £299 per person sharing a twin cabin for the mini-night cruise.
Uk and Ireland sales and marketing director Lynn Narraway said: “Carnival’s new ex-UK programme is proving a hit with British guests, so it’s exciting to have a new mini-cruise to sell too.
“What a fantastic taster – experience the new Carnival Splendor, Carnival’s fabulous facilities and laid back lifestyle and the city of Amsterdam all in one weekend.”
