Cayman Islands appoint new sales executive in Europe
Sergio Sosa has joined the European office of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism as sales executive, effective immediately.
He has 18 years experience in various sales roles within the tourism and travel industry, including with Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort.
He will be responsible for all sales-based activities in the CIDOT European office.
Regional manager Europe Don McDougall said: "It is great to have Sergio on board. He comes to the Department of Tourism with a wealth of experience and knowledge in sales and marketing with excellent client skills.
"And of course, his product knowledge is fantastic having lived in the Cayman Islands for a number of years. Sergio’s appointment strengthens our commitment to the trade and our ongoing strategic initiatives for trade re-engagement, which he will be driving forward."
