Celestyal Cruises appoints new North America president
Celestyal Cruises has named Leslie Peden as president for its North America business.
As president, North America, Peden is tasked with brand building in the market to drive business growth and market share.
Peden succeeds Nicholas Filippidis, who takes on a consultancy role, which will ensure a smooth trabsition for Celestyal’s travel trade partners, the company says.
Peden has 30 years’ experience in the cruise and travel industry including roles at Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.
UK national Peden also oversaw the integration of Virgin Holidays Cruises into the Virgin Travel Group and led the brand’s first ever national TV, digital and social media campaign.
