Chief exec of People 1st steps down
Brian Wisdom is to step down as CEO of People 1st later this year with Simon Tarr taking over as interim managing director.
Brian will remain active within People 1st as an ambassador for the business; but also plans to pursue other non-executive directorships.
Having led the organisation since its inception, Brian said: "It now seems like the right time to move on and let the business look at what it wants to achieve in the next ten years."
People 1st chairman, David Fairhurst, said: "The People 1st executive team is first class and Simon Tarr (currently chief operating officer) will be appointed to lead them as interim managing director while the board considers the organisation’s long term strategy. People 1st looks forward to sharing these plans later in the year."
