C&M Group gets top workplace rating
Travel recruitment group C&M has been recognised as one of only 84 UK companies to achieve a two-star ‘outstanding’ rating in a new accreditation scheme recognising workplace engagement.
The Michelin-style scheme was launched this year by Best Companies, which researches and compiles The Sunday Times annual ‘Best Companies to Work For’ lists and sets benchmarks for businesses to help identify best practice within the UK labour market.
In total 131 companies were rated ‘first class’ and were awarded one star; 84 were rated ‘outstanding’ and awarded two stars; and just 41 were rated ‘extraordinary’ and awarded three stars.
C&M managing director Angus Chisholm said: “In March we were named one of the top 100 small companies to work for in the UK in the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 survey, then last month we won Best Travel Recruitment Website in the Travelmole Web Awards, and now we have been awarded two stars by Best Companies.”
