CNN’s Jake Tapper to keynote at ASTA Global Convention
The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) has tapped Jake Tapper to give a keynote address at ASTA Global Convention 2018.
Tapper, who is CNN’s chief Washington correspondent and presenter of ‘The Lead with Jake Tapper,’ will give an hour-long keynote speech and Q&A on Thursday, August 23 at the Washington Hilton.
The Global Convention takes place from August 21 – 23 and this year there will be live courses from the ASTA Verified Travel Advisor Certification Program onsite at the convention.
Tapper is just one of more than 60 people who will be speaking at the convention.
Among them is Alison Taylor, SVP of global sales and distribution at American Airlines, and Fabrice Houdart, who is human rights officer, United Nations Office of the High Commissioner and works on the UN’s Free & Equal campaign, which promotes LGBT equality.
