Complete Cruise Solution boosts sales team
An additional six staff are being added to the Complete Cruise Solution sales force, bringing the team up to 61.
The trade umbrella brand for P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Ocean Village and Cunard is expanding the sales team in response to industry demand.
The six new roles will be spread across the Southampton-based sales department from March 1 in an announcement which coincides with P&O Cruises’ confirming an order for a sister ship to Ventura (see separate story).
Complete Cruise Solution head of sales Giles Hawke said: “We have huge capacity increase over the next two years and need to ensure we are structured to deliver this growth, both for our own business and for our agent partners.
“By focusing our team on those agents who currently deliver the most business and those with growth potential, we will provide better and closer account management.
“We are determined to provide the best service and support in the cruise industry and maintain and develop our travel agent partnerships.
“We will, of course, continue to support all agents and will ensure we provide training and account management for agents looking to break into the cruise business.
“With many travel companies scaling back on their trade support, Complete Cruise Solution sees our future with travel agents and this expansion will enable us to maximise this opportunity together for the future”
