Complete Cruise Solution Extends Summer Trading Hours in Australia
With demand for cruising continuing to grow, The Complete Cruise Solution is extending its call centre’s opening hours to seven days a week from 2007 to help travel agents maximise their business as the industry heads into the busiest ever year for cruising.
From January 2, 2007, the Complete Cruise Solution call centre will extend its Saturday trading hours from 8am to 5pm and open from 10am to 3pm on Sundays.
Complete Cruise Solution Vice President Sales John Molinaro said the extended trading hours would allow travel agents to offer their clients the convenience of making bookings on the weekend.
“We understand this is one of the busiest times of the year for travel agents so opening our call centre for longer on the weekends from January should make booking cruise holidays a much faster and efficient process for everyone,” Mr Molinaro said.
The Complete Cruise Solution call centre is currently open Monday to Friday from 7am until 8pm and Saturday from 8.30am until 3.30pm.
Complete Cruise Solution represents agent information, training and support for six major brands including P&O Cruises in Australia, P&O Cruises World Voyages, Princess Cruises, Cunard, Seabourn and Costa Cruises.
