Complete Cruise Solution suffers IT problems
Agents were unable to access the Complete Cruise Solution booking system for most of Friday due to technical problems.
Systems were back up and running by around 3pm.
Early in the day, agents had posted on the travel industry Facebook forum that they were having trouble logging on.
Frank Canonico, partnership coordinator, partnership team for Cunard and P&O Cruises at Carnival UK, then posted a notice telling agents there were technical problems and it was a ‘top priority’ to get them fixed.
A spokeswoman later told TravelMole: "We are experiencing technical difficulties with systems. We have a team working on it as a priority and doing everything to resolve the situation and get agents back on CCS."
In the interim, agents were advised to use One Source or call CCS’s contact centre.
