Cosmos introduces personalised tour product
Cosmos has launched an a la carte touring product, Cosmos Lite, to offer a more personalized approach to escorted tours.
Eight itineraries are included in its debut programme, combining major cities with lesser-known destinations.
Packages include travel and accommodation, but clients are free to organise their own time in each destination.
A tour director will point out the best sightseeing, dining and entertainment options, and Cosmos excursions, such as bike tours and cooking classes, are available to purchase.
Clients will also be able to download the new CosmosGo app for suggestions to make the most of their time.
"With the introduction of Cosmos Lite, we’re giving travellers an independent touring option, a new way to see, explore and experience the world around them," said CEO Giles Hawke.
"We get them to each destination and coordinate comfortable accommodations but their days – and the activities they plan – are up to them."
The new tours also come with a more relaxed approach with excursions starting later each morning.
