Costa takes its champions to sea
Champions at Sea, the annual event dedicated to Costa Cruises’ best partner travel agents, will see approximately 1,500 agents from Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania depart Savona on May 21.
Their Mediterranean mini-cruise on board Costa Mediterranea will visit Barcelona and Marseille – European Capital of Culture 2013 – before returning to Savona.
Champions at Sea 2013 is special for two reasons: it is the 20th edition of the event and it coincides with Costa Cruises’ 65th anniversary.
Prizes will be awarded to the travel agents around the world who achieved the best performances last year. Participants will also be given a preview of the 2014/15 brochure.
Headlining the bill next year is the Costa Diadema, the new flagship of the fleet, which is currently under construction in Fincantieri’s Marghera shipyard and is due to enter service at the end of October 2014.
