Cruise excursions firm expands sales team

Cruisingexcursions.com has expanded its sales team creating two new positions.

Judith Day and Kevin Bishop have joined as assistant sales managers, reporting to sales manager Shelly Kozhuharova.

Day joins from the exhibition industry, where she held sales manager roles at Doncaster Racecourse, Stoneleigh Park and Sandown Park.

She will be working with the night team at the cruise company’s UK head office in Cannock, Staffordshire, where its 24/7 call centre is located.

Bishop was previously an insurance claims handler and before that he was sales, marketing and advertising manager for a Midlands-based property and agricultural group.

"With the rapid expansion of cruisingexcursions.com it was apparent that we needed to build the sales team and the appointment of Judith and Kevin creates a new level of management, allowing us keep pace with our growth strategy," said managing director Damien Mooney.
