Cruise travel agents ‘first’ to benefit
Travel agents specialising in selling cruise holidays will soon be able to benefit from a raft of new opportunities being introduced by the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE).
The ‘firsts’ being unveiled by the Association include a River Cruise Showcase in Birmingham; a dedicated Showcase looking solely at ex-UK cruising in Newcastle; a Family Cruise Expo in Southampton and a Luxury Cruise Expo in Dover featuring for the first time three luxury ships.
The Family Cruise Expo in April will highlight the great choice of family holidays and will include the opportunity to visit the Norwegian Cruise Line’s new Norwegian Breakaway.
The Luxury Cruise Expo in September will feature Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity and Seabourn Sojourn over a two day event that also includes an exclusive dinner at Canterbury Cathedral.
ACE director Andy Harmer says: "These various events highlight the diversity within cruising and offer agents a great opportunity to understand what makes each of these sectors so appealing to customers – both new to cruise and regular clients."
