Directline Holidays call centre to close
Directline Holidays’ call centre in Croydon is to close with the loss of 50 roles following the purchase of the business by Luton-based Broadway Travel, it has been reported this week.
It is understood that new positions will be created at Broadway’s HQ in Luton following the acquisition, but no idea of the number of new jobs has been announced to date.
Broadway Travel paid an undisclosed sum for the travel website which was founded by Antony Bradley and Matthew Flint 20 years ago.
