Dozens injured during severe air turbulence
At least 36 people have been injured after a Hawaiian Airlines was hit by severe air turbulence.
Eleven were seriously injured.
Twenty people received treatment in hospital.
They ranged from cuts, bruising and head injuries.
The Honolulu bound flight was carrying 278 passengers and 10 crew members.
“Medical care was provided for minor injuries while some were swiftly taken to local hospitals,” Hawaiian said:
