EasyJet launches Liverpool – Bournemouth route
EasyJet has launched its new domestic summer route from Liverpool to Bournemouth Airport.
It offers customers in the northwest greater direct connectivity across the UK and more options for a UK summer staycation to the popular seaside town.
Flights from John Lennon Liverpool Airport operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
"We are delighted to launch our first flight. This new route further strengthens our network from Liverpool and provides more connectivity for our customers to explore more of the UK this summer," said Ali Gayward, easyJet’s UK Country Manager.
Paul Winfield, Liverpool John Lennon Airport’s Director of Aviation Development said: "It’s great to see easyJet start this service in time for the start of the school holidays giving families across the region the opportunity to travel to the south coast far faster and easier than by car or train.
