Emirates ramps up UK flights

Emirates is boosting UK flight operations and adding capacity across the EMEA region.

In the past months, it has added 251 weekly flights on existing routes globally; and reintroduced five routes.

It also launched new Tel Aviv flights.

In the UK, Emirates is reintroducing double-decker A380 flights to Glasgow from 26 March, and Birmingham from 1 July.

Emirates will also serve Stansted with a second daily flight from 1 May.

It takes London operations up to 11 daily flights.

By this summer, Emirates will be serving the UK with 119 weekly flights.

In the coming months, established routes to Europe, Australia and Africa will be served with more frequencies.

In East Asia, more cities will see route restarts.

Emirates continues to scale up A380 operations with returns to Casablanca, Beijing Shanghai, Nice, Kuala Lumpur and Taipei.

Emirates’ non-stop Australia flights will return to pre-pandemic levels to Sydney from 1 May, Melbourne from 26 March, and Brisbane on 1 June.

Bangkok will get a fifth daily service from 1 August, while Kuala Lumpur receives a third daily service from 1 June.
