Europcar trials fast track car rental
Europcar is trialling a new fast track car hire service where clients can bypass the rental desk.
London Key Ready, which is being piloted at Kings Cross station, allows selected customers to collect the car key and paperwork from a locker without having to go to the rental counter.
Customers are given a PIN code when booking online or via a call centre.
Ken McCall, managing director, Europcar UK Group, said: "We aim to provide customers with as efficient a service as possible for vehicle collection so that they can get on their way with their journey without delay."
