Explore releases new regional coach tour programs
Explore Holidays has released new two, three and four day short duration coach tours ex-Paris highlighting the Loire Valley, Brittany and Normandy.
One of several new programs introduced with the release of the ‘France & Italy 2008’ brochure, the new tours are designed to capture those Paris-bound visitors looking to build on a stay in the French capital with a taste of regional France.
Prices start from $679* per person twin share for a two-day/one-night ‘Chateau Country Tour’ focusing on the Loire Valley.
Highlights include the Gardens of Villandry, Leonardo da Vinci’s last dwelling at Clos-Lucé, Chenonceau Castle, Chateau de Cheverny and the Royal Chateau de Chambord.
Normandy’s famous WWII landing beaches, Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel form the basis for the two-day/one-night program priced from $718* per person twin share.
A more detailed ‘Normandy, Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel and Chateau Country’ program, priced from $1453* per person twin share, is spread over four-days and three-nights.
The tours are inclusive of accommodation, meals as per itinerary and sightseeing.
The new ‘France & Italy 2008’ brochure also includes a new range of Citadine Apart-Hotel apartment style accommodation choices, Explore Holidays expanding the popular self-catering option beyond the French capital for the first time.
New locations include Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Cannes, Marseilles, Montpellier and Nice.
