FCm appoints brand leader
FCm Travel Solutions UK has promoted Jo Greenfield to brand leader.
Greenfield joined FCm’s parent company Flight Centre in 1999 as a retail travel consultant at its London Goodge Street branch.
Rising through the company, her roles have included opening and managing various Flight Centre offices in London, as well as area leadership positions.
Since August 2011 she has held the post of operations leader for FCm in the south east.
She takes over the role from Steve Norris, Flight Centre’s general manager corporate, who has been taking a hands-on managerial role over the last year.
Norris will resume overseeing Flight Centre’s overall corporate travel operations, FCm Travel Solutions and Corporate Traveller, in the UK and EMEA.
