FCm opens Singapore office
FCm Travel Solutions has opened a sales and account management office in Singapore.
The new office forms part of FCm’s drive to increase business development and account management resources in the South East Asia region.
It will be led by regional account manager, Stephan van Arnhem, and regional director of sales, Cailin Keaney.
Van Arnhem has more than five years’ experience in account management with FCm and its parent company, Flight Centre.
Keaney has been in business development, sales and marketing roles with FCm since early 2006, and also has five years’ experience in sales, marketing and event management within the hospitality sector.
FCm’s global executive general manager Anthony Grigson: “We anticipate that around 60% of the travel volume transacted by our Singapore office will come from Singapore, while the balance will originate from countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.”
