Ferry spots suspected migrants from their mobile phone lights
Lifeboats have rescued two suspected migrants from Iran after their mobile phone lights were spotted by a ferry near Dover.
The two men were in an inflatable dinghy, a mile off the Kent coast.
The lifeboats were launched after a ferry in the English channel spotted a light from their mobile phones, reports the BBC.
Rescuers said the men had been at sea for eight hours and had not eaten for two days.
They were given first aid before being handed to the authorities.
