Frenchospitality selects eviivo
Paris based accommodation operator Frenchospitality has selected eviivo to power its operations and boost performance of its hotel and apartment portfolio.
Frenchospitality has switched to eviivo for its flexible and cost-effective solution and its ability to handle its unique operational model, from hotels, apartments, concierge services, and co-living, it says.
It has adopted eviivo in pilot properties, which has seen a reduction in its technology spend from 4% of its annual revenue to just over 1%.
This is largely due to the elimination of third-party tools and costly payment processors.
The group is now rolling out eviivo to its entire portfolio.
Mathieu Weiss, COO and Co-founder of Frenchospitality, said, “With eviivo, we’ve reduced our tech stack costs by 75%. That alone makes a huge difference to our bottom line, particularly across a high-volume, multi-site business like ours.”
eviivo’s payments functionality also provides Frenchospitality full optionality, allowing the group to use their own merchant accounts and banking relationships.
Michele Fitzpatrick, CEO of eviivo, added, “Operators like Frenchospitality need a solution that offers flexibility and guest-focused features in one place. We’re always proud to support independent businesses like theirs in driving down costs.”
Frenchospitality operates properties across Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse and several other European locations.
