GB Airways turns to trade
In a bid to boost trade bookings, GB Airways is offering agents the chance to win holidays and a car when they make a booking.
The British Airways subsidiary says it is launching its biggest ever trade booking incentive. When agents make a booking with GB Airways between October 8 and December 3, they need to send the details via email to [email protected], or in the post, or register for the draw at www.gbairways.com/winacar.
This means agents are entered for a prize draw to win a Smart car, a week’s five star holiday in the Canary Islands for two travelling in Club Europe, a weekend break for two in Cyprus, five pairs of tickets on the GB Airways network or 200 £5 M & S vouchers.
National sales manager Phil Jones said: “We are very proud of the strong relationship that GB Airways has with the trade and are keen to recognise agents booking customers onto our flights.”
GB Airways operates BA flights from London to 28 destinations in Gibraltar, Cyprus, France, Malta, Morocco, Portugal, Spain and Tunis. Flights to Fez in Morocco launch in November 2004 and flights to Heraklion, Crete start in May 2005. Also in May 2005, the airline will launch flights from Manchester to Madeira, Malaga, Malta, Paphos, Tenerife south.
