Getabed secures preferred status

Online accommodation-only provider getabed.co.uk – formerly known as Key Resorts – has won preferred and supported supplier status with Midconsort Elite and Co-op Travel Trading Group.

National sales manager Paul Davis said: “It’s great that companies such as Midconsort Elite and CTTG recognise and endorse our worldwide product portfolio and high levels of customer service.

“Our January sales figures show that this recognition is also matched by others. Our sales in January increased by 133% against 2006.’

“These endorsements and sales figures show that you don’t have to sell direct to the public or cut commission to achieve results. We prove that by having a quality product matched by the highest levels of customer service and by giving 100% dedicated support to the travel trade you can be very successful.”
