Hangzhou releases Asian Games tourist gift packs
Hangzhou, host city of the 19th Asian Games, has launched a second batch of ‘Asian Games Gift Packs’ to welcome global tourists to the city.
The Asian Games take place from September 23 to October 8, 2023.
The Asian Games Gift Packs is part of a digital tourism marketing campaign and are distributed through sweepstakes.
The second batch of gift packs is now open. There are up to 100,000 Asian Games tickets to be won.
For international visitors, registration is accessible via the official website of Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism.
The gift packs can also be accessed through Fliggy app, and the Discover Hangzhou mini program.
Each gift pack comprises a seven-day complementary Hangzhou subway pass, free tickets to tourist attractions, and a prepaid phone card worth about $14
The total value of is worth up to $420.
The free tickets include Xixi National Wetland Park and Thousand Island Lake.
Winners can use the “One Pass” QR code in Alipay to take the subway and enjoy tourist sites.
Additionally, the “One Pass” program in Smart Hangzhou aims to streamline access to tourist attractions and public transport.
With the Asian Games Gift Packs and One Pass, organisers aim to provide an all-in-one digital service experience for visitors, encompassing sightseeing transport, and entertainment.
