Harvey World Travel franchisees have responded positively in a major research project carried out in late 2010.

Managing director of Harvey World Travel, David Rivers, said, “This is major research project conducted by the independent consultancy, The Franchise Relationships Institute.

He said the results revealed a significant increase in franchisee performance and satisfaction from the last survey conducted in 2007.

The most improved areas for Harvey World Travel, identified by franchisees, were leadership, communication and practical support.

“Our franchisees are telling us that, over the past year, marketing and support from Harvey World Travel has helped them greatly,” said Rivers.

“The results on brand representation were particularly strong, with 81 percent of franchisees satisfied with the representation of the HWT brand in the market. This was way higher than the franchise sector benchmarks.”

The survey achieved a high response rate representing 78 percent of the network.
