Hillary Clinton checks in with Dan in Israel
During her official visit to Israel this week, former First Lady and U.S. Senator, U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, spent two nights at the King David Jerusalem. She is among a long list of monarchs, heads of state and superstars who have been guests of Israel’s most famous hotel.
Secretary Clinton, who is pictured here with the King David’s Director of Delegations and Groups, Sheldon Ritz (left), and Haim Shkedi, King David General Manager (center), stayed in the King David’s Royal Suite, while her delegation occupied a total of 154 rooms. Clinton used the Presidential Suite for all her interviews, while a running food station was kept for her on the sixth floor throughout her stay.
The flagship property of the Dan Hotels and a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, The King David was recently featured in Travel+Leisure’s "World’s Best Hotels" and Conde Nast Traveler’s "Gold List."
